Football for the Tigers youngest of players starts with the Soccers Kids designed for children aged 5. At this tender age the focus is very much on coaching and learning the basic skills of the game. As the players move up through the age groups an element of competitive football is introduced by playing 7-a-side mini soccer offered through local leagues in the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire area.
For most age groups up to and including the Under 10's, the Tigers normally run an Orange and a Black squad in order accommodate the numbers that are interested in joining in at this stage. From under 11 upwards the emphasis moves to 11-a-side football and typically from this stage onwards the Tigers will run just a single team.
